How cargoes become an Auction:

1. Storage over 21 working days or more after the departure of the vessel.

2. We sent a Notice letter to tell them to auction their cargo if they do not come within the given days such as 5 or 3 days after they received a notice letter.

3. If no one come within that period we put the clearance to the custom office.

4. When the clearance returned from custom office we could get the Auction price.

5. We distribute Auction List to Management and the board Members for their approval.

6. When approved then auction on.
